Polite Message to All Parents/Carers/Swimmers
You are politely reminded that the only persons allowed poolside are the following:
-
registered swimmers who are actively taking part, ie booked in to take part in the session that is actually taking place
-
coaching staff/volunteers/helpers (staff) who are actively working/volunteering and are booked in to work/volunteer in the session that is actually taking place.
No Committee members/ parents/staff or their relatives/children are to go poolside.
Anyone that has any need to contact the poolside coaching staff during sessions should do so before or after the session, or contact the appropriate staff member by email. Alternatively anyone can contact the Club Liaison Officer by email at

where your enquiry will be dealt with or forwarded on to the appropriate person for their attention. This is to comply with our Liablity insurance and to ensure that the coaching staff can fully concentrate on the task of coaching/teaching.
Your understanding and adherance is appreciated - thank you.
